Todd Rahimi is the founder of Lambda Consulting, an alternative legal services provider focused on the delivery of legal consulting services to emerging and mid-market companies. Aaron possesses 25 years of experience in executive financial services roles. He is currently the Managing Director of Somerston Innovations, responsible for a portfolio of high growth transformational technology companies. Aaron holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). Having previously worked in Canada, Asia, Europe and the US, Aaron has settled in the Caribbean and is a naturalized Caymanian.

He has worked with Nokia Bell Labs, AT&T, MCI Communications, Verizon, Teleguam Holdings, Westar Cayman (CBS International Partner) and has experience with two Pacific submarine cables. He was previously named EY Entrepreneur of the Year, Top 100 CIOs of the Year, and has provided expert testimony in front of US Congress, US FCC, Canadian CRTC, Mexican SCT, New Zealand Competition Commission, as well as dozens of US states and territories. Bob has a MBA from the University of Chicago School of Business and a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Denver.
Alex is the global managing partner at international law firm Carey Olsen. He is recognised as a leading expert in corporate and finance law in Jersey. He is regularly instructed by leading global law firms and financial institutions.
Alex is a member of various regulatory and industry bodies, including the Financial and Commercial Law Sub-Committee of the Jersey Law Society, which review as well as initiate proposals for legislative changes. Alex joined Carey Olsen in 1991. He became a Jersey solicitor in 1994 and an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in 1995. He became a partner in 1995.
Nick has over 35 years of experience in land acquisition, master planning, project development, and water and resource management. In his role as Managing Partner, Nick led the team that developed the Reno Technology Park (RTP), which is now the home of Apple’s largest data center campus, an over $3 billion digital infrastructure initiative. Nicholas is Managing Partner of the network build manager, Unique Infrastructure Group.
Executive Director of Somerston Group, Allan represents TPNs largest shareholder. Allan has extensive property development experience, retail, office, hotel, industrial and telecom sectors. In 2004, Allan led the team responsible for the contribution of the Somerston Group’s data center assets into Digital Realty Trust (NYSE:DLR) as part of its IPO. After working in London, Chicago and Vancouver, Allan then moved to San Francisco where he set up Somerston’s North American operations. Allan is a now a Cayman Islands resident.
